This link serves two purposes for new and existing users to quickly access personal account details and make simple changes like altering a shipping of billing address, change an e-mail confirmation address or even change your Sign In (Login) password etc.
Please Note: It does not cost any monies to set up an account and you can set up an account without even buying anything.
The benefits of setting up an account are so that every time you visit our website you can 全ign In' and if you do decided to make a purchase online then you will not have to enter your personal information in every time you want to use and or make a purchase.
You do not have to set up an account to make a purchase; we just recommend that this is the easiest way of using our online store.
All information you send to us when setting up an account is treated with confidence and under no circumstances will we sell and or distribute your details to any third parties outside of Puel Parts UK Limited.
Browsing Our Products Online
Once you have entering our 双nline store front home page' you will be presented with various link to our products.
Located to the top right of the page below the 全ign In' link you will be presented with two choices of finding products for your car.
The first allows you to select your cars make, followed by your cars model and a list of products that are guaranteed to fit your car will appear.

Once you have chosen your category by Vehicle Make and Model you will be presented with a list of products showing a thumbnail image (small image) and selected other details relevant to each product i.e. product code and a product description. By clicking on the product code or the thumbnail image you will then be directed to a new page which will display a large product picture and all the information you need to know about the product before deciding if you would like to make a purchase or carry on browsing our online product.
Once you have found a product or products that you would like to purchase, click on the [ Add to Basket ] or [ Buy one Now ] button.
If you click on the [ Add to Basket ] button you will then be able to carry on browsing our online store and add more products if desired before going to the [ Checkout ]
You can view what you have added to your basket at any time by clicking on the [ Your Basket Content ] link located at the top of the page.
When you are happy with the choice of product(s) you have added to you basket you can then proceed to the [ Checkout ] link to make you payment.
You can always remove products or change the quantity of what you have added to your shopping basket by using the [ Remove ] or [ Update ] link before proceeding to the Checkout.
Purchasing Goods / Products Online
When you finally want to make a payment for the goods in your shopping basket, next click on the [ Checkout ] link. If you have already set up an account as detailed in (step 1), then you just need to enter your Login Name and Password which will take you to the next stage (detailed further within this section).
If you have not yet created an account you can do so by clicking on the [ Create New Account ] link, alternatively you can place an order without setting up an account by clicking on the [ Place Order Without Account ] Link.
If you place an order without and account you will have to complete both the Ship To and Bill To (if different) details before clicking the [ Continue ] Button.
After clicking the [ Continue ] Button you will have to select your 全hip Via' Country from the drop down menu. The 全hip Via' menu will calculate the shipping cost to your country.
Click the [ Continue ] button after you have selected your 全hip Via' Country.
After clicking the [ Continue ] button you will be presented with a full breakdown of the product(s) you have selected to purchase including the 全ales Tax' and 全hipping Total'. Clicking the [ Continue ] button again will finally take you to the completion part of the process.
You will now be directed to a secure 128-bit encrypted payment page provided by Protx . Complete all of the required form fields which are all based upon the type of Credit / Debit Card you choose to make your payment with.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been process you will receive an order confirmation from both Fuel Parts UK Limited and an invoice receipt of purchase from Protx. On your order confirmation email from Fuel Parts UK Limited you will be assigned a unique order number which you must refer to us if you would like to know any details regarding your delivery or any other matter.
Once we have shipped your Item(s) to your 全hip To' address we will email you a parcel tracking number and a link to Business Post which will allow you to track your order as it is being delivered to your chosen address.
Minimum Ordering Policy
At Fuel Parts UK Limited we operate an online Minimum Ordering Policy of £10.00. This is to ensure that our handling fees and administration costs are covered.
If you are only looking to purchase a single product with a value lower than £10.00, please call our sales office.
Value Added Tax
All prices displayed on our website are excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated at the standard current rate of 17.5%.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs will be calculated at the Checkout stage of purchase after you have selected your country of origin.
